Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized Campaign Manager directly working with all relevant key people of the organisation.
The candidate will communicate effectively with influencers from all over the world. He/she will work closely together with the accounting and sales team and run influencer campaigns for large clients smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Source and connect with top influencers to drive impactful global campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams via email, Discord, Slack, and other communication channels.
- Manage influencer relationships to ensure high-quality, relevant content creation that resonates with both their audience and our clients’ goals.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop creative concepts and strategies for successful influencer marketing campaigns tailored to our clients’ needs.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
3. Negotiation & Budget Management
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with influencers to ensure competitive rates while meeting campaign objectives and budget constraints.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring that all goals and KPIs are met.
- Provide actionable insights and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients on influencer effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
⭐ Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or working at agencies.
- A strong passion for the gaming industry.
- Fluency in English (office language).
🏆 Preferred Requirements
• Ability to work remotely with flexibility.
• Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs).
• Familiarity with influencer marketing terminology such as CPM, CPI, OKRs, KPIs, and KOLs.
• A third language is a plus.
