Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, highly analytical Growth Hacker to accelerate GameInfluencer’s growth across lead generation, outbound sales, and go-to-market experimentation.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, tech, and AI. You will design, test, and scale growth initiatives that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility.
You will work closely with the sales leadership, project managers, and management team, owning growth experiments end to end — from idea to execution to measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Demand Creation
Build and scale lead generation systems across outbound, inbound, and hybrid channels.
Identify and test new acquisition channels (email, LinkedIn, partnerships, communities, events, tools).
Research and define ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) across gaming, entertainment, and tech.
2. Sales Assets & Enablement
Create and continuously optimize sales assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, outreach templates).
Work closely with sales to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Translate campaign results and data into compelling commercial narratives.
3. Outreach Automation & Tech Stack
Own and optimize outreach tools, CRMs, and automation workflows.
Build scalable outbound systems using modern tools (CRM, sequencing tools, enrichment tools).
Experiment with AI-powered tools for prospecting, personalization, and efficiency gains.
4. Growth Experiments & Optimization
Design and run rapid growth experiments with clear hypotheses, KPIs, and timelines.
Analyze performance data and iterate quickly based on results.
Scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
5. AI & Emerging Tech Exploration
Continuously explore and test AI, automation, and new sales technologies.
Evaluate how emerging tools can improve speed, personalization, and performance.
Act as an internal driver for growth innovation and tooling.
Qualifications & Experience
⭐ Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, or a related role.
Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward execution.
Fluency in English (office language).
High interest in gaming, tech, and digital marketing.
🏆 Preferred Requirements
Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), outreach tools, and automation platforms.
Experience using or testing AI tools in sales or marketing workflows.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Startup or agency experience is a plus.
