Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Influencer Marketing Intern to support our Campaign Management / Project Management team.

In this role, you will work directly with key stakeholders across the company (sales, accounting, campaign leads) and support the execution of influencer campaigns for major gaming and entertainment clients.

This position is open to candidates based in Germany only.
We welcome Working Students (Werkstudent*innen) and mandatory interns (Pflichtpraktikum).

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Sourcing & Creator Relations

  • Research and identify relevant influencers for our global campaigns.
  • Reach out to influencers and their management via email, Discord, Slack, etc.
  • Support relationship management and help make sure creators deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

2. Campaign Support & Execution

  • Assist in planning, setting up, and running influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between creators and internal teams.
  • Help ensure everything goes live on time and according to brief.

3. Negotiation & Admin Support

  • Assist with price benchmarks, budgets, and offer comparisons.
  • Help prepare simple agreements / deal terms for influencers together with the campaign manager.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Collect performance data (views, clicks, conversions, etc.).
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Learn how we measure KPIs and campaign ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

⭐​ Minimum Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or similar) OR you recently graduated and need to complete a mandatory internship.
  • Strong interest in gaming, creators, and social media culture.
  • Confident communication in English (our office language).
  • Structured, reliable, and not afraid to take ownership of tasks.
  • Passionate about Gaming and the Influencer Marketing Industry

🏆 ​Bonus Points

  • First experience in marketing, social media, influencer work, esports, agencies, student projects, or similar.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
  • You’ve heard terms like CPM, KPI, KOL, CPI and you’re curious to learn more.
  • You speak an additional language (e.g. German, Spanish, French, etc.).
  • You’re good at multitasking and staying calm when many things happen at once.

Location & Availability

Location: Germany (remote)
Working Students: up to 20 hours/week during the semester.
