We are super excited to have Tim join the GameInfluencer Team as a new Paid Media Manager!
Tim has always been passionate about video games:
“From my first internships at SFL Interactive or Gamevil Com2Us, to my last experience at Plaion, my goal has always been to make great games shine brighter, to reach more players, to make them discover more universes. I’ve also always loved influence as it’s a perfect mix between the creativity that I’ve always searched for and the marketing aspect which I enjoy working on.“

We had an exciting chat with Tim about his new position, working in the gaming industry and GameInfluencer, favourite video games, and inspiration. Let’s see what life at GameInfluencer looks like!

What are you most excited about as a new employee?
I’m very excited about showing what I can do, to my colleagues and by extension to this industry. I also love the GI atmosphere, everyone is so nice, helpful. Working on new projects like the one we will announce in the coming weeks or months is something I love as a new member of the team. Many things to explore, work on and share !
What are some of your favorite things about working in the gaming industry?
You never work twice on the same project, each one is unique and always serve the same universal purpose : to entertain people, to show them a new world, new rules, new characters.
Furthermore, you work with passionate people who care deeply about their results but also the way you will treat each content. I didn’t find anything as fulfilling as working in this industry so far. It may have its flaws but it always reaches your heart if you’re a gamer.

What do you hope to learn or gain from working at GameInfluencer and/or in the gaming industry?
Ultimately, my purpose is to learn how to manage major influence campaigns for ambitious video games from the beginning to the end. It would push my skills in this domain even further. After that, maybe trying to lead an entire game marketing strategy, but that’s not before a few years from now. In a nutshell, gaining responsibilities, trust, show what I can do.
Top 3 are your favorite video games.
Elden Ring, Star War Battlefront 2 (the old one, obviously) and AC Black Flag. These 3 games have paved the way for my passion and my dedication to this industry.

Top 3 gaming influencers you follow yourself.
Savun is the first name I would quote, his work’s quality is insane and we share the same references.
I also never miss a video from Laink & Terracid, they’re like old brothers to me after so much time watching them.
And for the last one, I can only recommend TheGreatReview. He has such a way to tell stories, that why we call him the “King of Storytelling” in France
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I mainly work on my social media. I create videos online about mythology and history and it’s quite a big thing now.
With major projects like intense videos, a book released at the end of the year and something quite secret that should come out in 2 years, I don’t have so much free time left. I try to keep it to rest my eyes a bit, reading or running -fingers crossed for my next half-marathon in November!

We are happy to have Tim on board and are looking forward to the many successful campaigns he will run at GameInfluencer. Welcome, Tim!
