How Snood was revived through Influencer Marketing

Remember that super popular Puzzle game released in 1996 called Snood? It’s back! Snood reached out to us to revive the once popular MAC OS released game through influencer marketing. We said: “Yes!”.

Coming back strong, Snood was looking to revive old game enthusiasts and new audiences with their mobile version of the popular puzzle game. Our team developed a cross-platform campaign including YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and Instagram.

Cross integrations provide more reach for the client and a great variety in sponsored content opportunities. We smartly placed the integrations within the content of 11 different influencers that helped bring back Snood.

Campaign Goal

For the return of Snood, we primarily focused on the English market as it also provides the largest target group. Our goal was to collaborate with influencers who had audiences that have played Snood in the past and appreciate the return of an old favorite. Additionally, we wanted to revive Snood for new audiences as well.

We wanted viewers to revisit their passion for Snood from the past and try it out again with an easy mobile access. We decided to work with 11 different influencers that would help us fulfill the goals for Snood.

A well-made game, as nostalgic as Snood will resonate in your memory for time to come. Even we were surprised at how many people remember Snood and used to love playing this game back in the day.

A great “trip to memory lane” campaign that received over 20K engagements and A LOT of comments about the Snood integrations.
