We collaborate with global gaming and non-gaming clients to build brand awareness, drive app installs, downloads, or registrations. Every day, we strive to create outstanding influencer marketing campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We prioritize data-driven strategies to deliver the highest ROI to our clients.


  • Source, connect, and close influencer marketing campaigns with large clients.
  • Establish a sales pipeline targeting both gaming and non-gaming clients.
  • Foster relationships with agencies to secure influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize the sales conversion funnel from initial contact to final agreement.
  • Cultivate partnerships with strategic collaborators, including platform companies in need of long-term influencer programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Strong interest in gaming and the gaming industry.
  • Fluent in English, our office language.
  • Familiarity with terms like UGC, CPM, CPI, OKRs, KPIs, and KOLs.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proven track record of successful sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to “sell a pen.”
