We are excited to continue introducing our colleagues and show more of “Behind the scenes” of our company. Meet Konrad Kułakowski, one of our skilled and passionate campaign managers from Poland who is responsible for our clients’ projects in the South American and European markets.
We ran a small interview with him asking about work, projects, challenges, and video games. Get ready to be inspired by his unique story!
Can you share a little about your background and your career path?
In 2019, I gained my first experience in the gaming industry as a manager of Polish gaming channels belonging to the LifeTube network. My responsibilities included creative support of content creation on YouTube channels of 15 channels under my supervision, searching for business opportunities and headhunting new soon-to-be internet celebrities and negotiating terms of management services. After the merger and renaming of LifeTube’s gaming division to Gameset, I continued to manage YouTube partners in a similar capacity.
While working on the early stages of Gameset’s new mission, I had the opportunity to co-create a modern strategy for managing the influencer sales funnel, using statistics and experience of working with internet creators.
Since 2022 I’ve taken multiple responsibilities at GameInfluencer depending on the company’s goals and direction.
What are your responsibilities at GameInfluencer?
I am currently a Campaign Manager, responsible for our clients’ projects in the South American and European markets. I also support the development of the G.IO platform and projects focused on CEE markets.
What is the most exciting/interesting part of your work?
The most interesting aspect of my work as a Campaign Manager is helping clients choose the right marketing tactics to achieve the desired results. Although influencer marketing has been around for a long time as a tool for communicating with audiences, many clients expect a creative and up-to-date approach, which we provide together with the team by constantly monitoring the latest trends and the effects of current campaigns.
What is the most challenging part and how do you handle it?
By far the biggest challenge facing the influencer marketing industry is delivering a real, measurable impact from the actions taken. GameInfluencer’s tools meet the needs of clients who want to combine social media visibility with sales effectiveness.
What was your most favourite project you worked on at GameInfluencer?
This is how I see the support in the G.IO platform we are developing. The uniqueness of this tool gives a lot of satisfaction in performing related tasks and provides real benefits to both customers and nano- and micro-influencers.
